ABC Stainless Ltd

Since1995, ABC Stainless Limited has been a stainless steel fabricator and installer to main contractors and Water Authorities, in the Water Industry.

The Company looks to minimise site fabrication and attendance, supplying prefabricated pipe spools for installation.  All stainless steel pipework, storage and process tank materials being “approved for use in public water supplies”. Stainless steel pipework projects include Metric, Dairy and all Schedule sizes. 

The Company manufactures all types of stainless steel fabrications, including Weirs, Launders, Pen Stocks, Screens, Skid Process Units, etc, together with installation, including clients free issue supply.   Water projects undertaken including fitting free issue tube and disc Aeration systems.

Material certification, quality plans, procedures, employee certification and testing available upon request, with third party Insurer witness testing where required. The Company will undertake projects throughout the UK, with its own experienced employees.  All with CSCS Accreditation and specific ECITB certification for disciplines undertaken on site. Welding undertaken by BS EN287-1 Coded Welders, with all welds purged.

The Company undertake all design work in house, with 3D modelling options as standard and “as fabricated drawings” available.
