Race Cottam Associates is an architectural practice founded in 1993 to deliver high quality design services and solutions. Experienced at seeing through projects from inception to completion, we have significant expertise in a wide range of procurement types across the UK.

Our principal activity centres on designing buildings, to meet the complex requirements of our many clients. But in addition to architectural design, we act as contract administrators and offer project management services, planning advice and planning supervisory services. Our practice mission is to deliver a high quality service to our clients so that working with Race Cottam Associates is a positive experience and one that our clients would wish to repeat.

We are proud to work as designers and trusted consultants on some of the biggest environmental, water, energy, waste treatment schemes in the UK. Working on behalf of nationally recognised environmental clients such as Wessex Water, Cory Environmental, Waterman Group and AECOM, our headline projects include award winning projects in some of the most sensitive locations in the UK, including the Western Isles and Exmoor National Park and a nationally significant energy recovery facility scheme on the south bank of the Thames.
