Piling Crane, Piling Hammer, Piling Rig, Movax side grip piling
hammer, or to purchase/hire steel sheet piles, steel tubes or
King Posts, we are confident and experienced to offer a
friendly, competitive and immediate service from one of the UK’s
largest stocks and most modern fleets.
With Safety key to all our services we are able to offer full
designs of Ground Support systems using Sheet Piles and frames
including such constructions as Coffer dams, Bridge abutments,
Retaining Walls, estuary, coastal and inland waterways. Marina
constructions and working on water from our extensive Pontoon
fleet compliment our land based Plant fleet which are all
available for Hire.
Pipeline, basement, trench, CSO, UID, Highways, docks and
harbours, groundworks, remediation and many more market sectors
are specialist areas of our design and installation expertise.
From an extensive operating base in the centre of the country
adjacent to all main Motorway connections, Ivor King (C.E.C.)
Ltd has continued inward investment in both Plant and Sheet Pile
stocks. With world steel mills and import prices fluctuating,
the UK stocks of Ivor King Sheet Piles and King Posts are called
upon to offer rapid, immediate and cost effective supply to the
market. A natural starting point for Consultants and
Contractors, we offer all the options together with the relative
merits of each solution based on hundreds of installation
contracts. We sell/hire the product and the application
experience to succeed with the installation of critical contract
programmes.
Again with inward investment and training, the ancillary
services necessary to perform and offer competent services on
demanding construction sites with high standards for qualified
personnel have evolved over decades to provide on and off site
support teams dedicated to fabrication, welding, technical
support, lifting plans and supervision.
Environmental issues related to noise, vibration, sensitive
working areas and public protection have led Ivor King to invest
in the most modern equipment that outperforms the standards and
levels required. Plant uses Bio-mineral oils and all operations
are risk assessed before despatch to site.
Our
approach to Safety has led to the formation of our own in-house
training facility dedicated to taking the general CPCS operator
to full Piling Rig and Supervisor qualifications. Conventional
crane rigs are also used and full lift plans and supervisor
courses are held in house. These dedicated courses are also
available to any customer wishing to improve their own teams
dedicated to temporary works.
